1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using mkstvefx.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Products & Ordering
All products are made to order via our print-on-demand partner, Printify. By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card data. By completing checkout, you authorise the charge for the total amount shown.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by production, shipping carriers, or customs are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the item is handed to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because items are produced on demand specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Refunds or replacements are issued only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including brand name, logos, designs, graphics, and copy — is the property of MKSTVEFX and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MKSTVEFX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from any order placed. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MKSTVEFX is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved under that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest update. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
