How Orders Are Fulfilled

Every MKSTVEFX item is printed and fulfilled on demand through Printify's global production network. This means your item is manufactured specifically for your order — nothing is pre-stocked.

Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. This is standard for print-on-demand and is how we maintain quality without waste.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping: 5–10 business days (international may vary).

Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location and the production facility fulfilling your order.

Shipping times are estimates. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) add 2–3 days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the available carriers at the time of your order.

We do not mark up shipping. You pay what it costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use that number directly on the carrier's website for the most up-to-date tracking.

Returns Policy

Because every item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

We strongly recommend checking the Size Guide before ordering. If you are unsure between two sizes, go up — our fits are generous.

If your order arrives with a print defect, damage in transit, or is the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Take a photo of the issue and email support@mkstvefx.com with your order number. We'll review within 24 hours and arrange a replacement if your claim is valid.

We do not require you to return the defective item — just the evidence.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

We have no control over customs processing times and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.
