Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of the MKSTVEFX platform. By creating an account you agree to them in full.
1. The service
MKSTVEFX is a software platform for trading analytics, journaling, psychology tracking and risk management. It is a productivity tool and does not execute trades or hold client funds.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing in MKSTVEFX constitutes financial, investment or trading advice. We do not provide signals or recommendations. All trading decisions are yours alone and made at your own risk.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer it, resell access, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of all trading data you enter. You may export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MKSTVEFX is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
